How to Participate

Capture the Moment:
Record a 30-second (or longer) video unboxing or showcasing your PAPPI items with a genuine, in-the-moment reaction. Get creative and have fun!

Post Your Video:
Share your video on your Instagram Stories (ensure it stays live for 24 hours). Tag @Pappi.Official and use hashtags #PAPPIUnboxing and #PAPPI.

Submit Your Information:
Fill out the submission form at the bottom with the link to your post, your order number, and any other requested details. Expect your discount code within 2-3 business days.

Tiered Rewards

  • Post 1: 15% off your next purchase of $75+

  • Post 2: 20% off your next purchase of $125+

  • Post 3: 25% off your next purchase of $200+

  • Complete all posts within 4.5 months to unlock the full rewards.

Cycle Extension Bonus

Earn extra time to complete your posts! For each product review you leave, extend your cycle by 1 week, up to a maximum of 2 weeks. This bonus allows you to earn rewards over a longer period (Maximum 5 months).

Program Rules

  • Eligibility: Must be a qualifying purchase made on our website.

  • Video Requirements: Must feature your initial reactions and PAPPI items in their original packaging. One video per order number.

  • Social Media Accounts: Must be public for verification.

  • Discount Validity: Until your reward cycle ends.

  • Limitations: Discounts are per post and cannot be combined.

After posting your video, fill out the submission form at the bottom with the following details:

  • Link to your Instagram post

  • Your order number

  • Any additional requested information

Our team will review your submission and send your discount code within 2-3 business days.

  • A: Eligibility applies to customers who have made a qualifying purchase on PAPPI’s website within the designated six-month period. Only purchases made prior to the video submission will qualify for the incentive.

  • A: A unique video is one that showcases your authentic self during your unboxing experience. We’re looking for raw, unedited, and unfiltered content that captures your genuine reactions. Reposting the same video across multiple accounts or platforms will not qualify for rewards. Just be yourself!

  • To fill out the submission form, simply provide the link to your Instagram post, your order number, and any additional details requested in the form. Ensure all information is accurate for verification purposes.

  • After submitting your information through the form on our website, our team will review your post and order number. You can expect to receive your discount code within a few days of verification.

  • Yes, each customer can submit one video per tier within the six-month period. You must complete all three tiers to progress to the next reward level.

  • If your video does not meet the specified requirements, we will notify you via the email provided in your submission. You will have the opportunity to resubmit a qualifying video.

  • If an incorrect order number is submitted, the verification process may be delayed. Please ensure that the order number matches your purchase to avoid any issues.

  • No, there are no restrictions on item types. Customers can showcase any PAPPI items they’ve purchased, whether they are new arrivals or previous purchases.

  • Yes, we respect our customers' privacy. By participating in the program, customers grant PAPPI permission to share their videos for marketing purposes, but they can opt out if they do not wish for their content to be used.

  • If your social media account is private, we won't be able to verify your post. To participate, please ensure your account is public at the time of posting, or send us a direct message with a screenshot of your post.

  • Yes! You can earn both the tiered rewards and the bonus incentives simultaneously, enhancing your overall discount on future purchases.

  • If you make a mistake in your submission, you can contact us at pappicontact@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you on how to correct it. However, identical content across multiple submissions is not allowed to be submitted more than once.

  • If your video is shared on our platforms, we will notify you via direct message or tag you in the post to ensure you’re aware. You can always reach out to us if you have questions about how your content is being used.

  • If you don’t complete all three posts within the six-month period, your progress will reset. You can start again at the $15 tier in the next six-month cycle.
