As soon as you place an order, we automatically get a notification. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number confirming your order is on the way.

It may take a few hours for the carrier to show tracking information, but we promise it is coming soon! You can track your order while it is on its way to you and see the estimated delivery date :)

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if it has been shipped. You can make a return but you are responsible for the cost of your return.

We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item/s and place another order. The order you are returning will be refunded. Please take a look at our return policy. Shipping and Return Policy.

You can track your order through your account with us. Go into orders, and your tracking number will be there along with your payment information. You can also track your order through our email to you saying your order shipped.

In your account with us, you have 4 sections, including Orders, Payment, Address, and Profile.

Orders: See all your past and current orders along with the order status, tracking number, item/s, payment information.

Payment: Look to see your past payment methods and add a new payment method/s.

Addresses: Check the address available when you place your order. Feel free to add or delete addresses if you wish to.

Profile: You can see the first and last name listed under your account and update your password if needed.
